Va informam despre faptul ca in conformitate cu decretul Presedintelui R. Moldova Nr. 508 din 06.02.2012, disponibil la urmatoarea adresa: http://lex.justice.md/index.php?action=view&view=doc&lang=1&id=342120
participanţilor la acţiunile de luptă pentru apărarea integrităţii şi independenţei Republicii Moldova – cetăţeni ai Republicii Moldova, li se conferă medalia „Crucea comemorativă. Participant la acţiunile de luptă pentru apărarea integrităţii şi independenţei Republicii Moldova (1991-1992)”.
In acest context, rugam suportul dvs in identificarea compatriotilor ce au participat la acţiunile de luptă pentru apărarea integrităţii şi independenţei Republicii Moldova in anii 1991,1992, stabiliti in SUA si Canada, inclusiv prin transmiterea acestui mesaj catre alti cetateni ai R. Moldova.
Pentru a fi inscris in lista persoanelor cărora urmează să li se confere medalia, este necesar sa transmiteti catre Ambasada, la aceasta adresa de e-mail, urmatoarea informatie:
1. Numele, prenumele, prenumele tatălui;
2. Domiciliul;
3. Copia pasaportului cet. RM si precum si denumirea si copia documentului ce fac dovada apartenenţei persoanei la una din urmatoarele categorii:
a) militari aflaţi în serviciul activ, rezervişti chemaţi la concentrare, voluntari şi colaboratori ai organelor afacerilor interne, ai organelor securităţii statului şi ai sistemului penitenciar, incluşi în efectivul unităţilor militare şi structurilor speciale aflate pe poziţiile de luptă;
b) militari, colaboratori ai organelor afacerilor interne, ai organelor securităţii statului şi ai sistemului penitenciar, şi persoane civile delegate în unităţile militare şi structurile speciale în vederea îndeplinirii unor misiuni speciale şi asigurării eficienţei acţiunilor de luptă.
